Help me plez i am desperate!!!!!!!!!?!


Question: plez give me instructions, on to lose weight, can anyone plan out my day for me? like 10:00 eat 8:00 sleep 3:00 extercise and etc.?who ever does will get best answer! o and can you give me things i can eat...like durning luch, and etc.

9:00 a.m.-9:30- get up and have a bowl of weight control oatmeal(thay have good flavors) and add for example and apple and an orange, some kind of fruit.

10:30-11 Go jogging or jump rope(jumping rope for 30 minutes equals as much as running 3 miles)

12:00-12:30 Turkey or chicken sandwich on wheat bread( no mayo)

3:00- snack (fruits, granola bar, yogurt)

5:00-5:30- Dinner- serving of lean meat like chicken and a serving of vegtables)

6:00-6:45- Toning excercises- weightlifting, crunches, etc.

9:30 or 10:00- ahh sleep

make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day!
Don't eat anything else after dinner!

Common sense.. My day:
Wake up: Hard boiled egg without yolk, turkey bacon, blueberries

Mid-morning snack: String cheese, celery

Lunch: Turkey, apple, salad

Mid-afternoon snack: String cheese, brocolli

Gym for 1 hour. (I do cardio like running.)

Dinner: Vegetables, fish lean meat chicken etc.

Cute, eat a little less than your full appetite, small but well placed four meals, take lot of green leafy vegetables and salad to reduce the total calorie intake, drink a lot of fluids especially freshly made lemonade, no soda, candy, especially chocolate and regular exercise, no junk food

i can not plan what you will do in your day because i do not know what other activities you do. but exercise for an hour everyday and eat
breakfast - cereal
snack - fruit
lunch - salad sandwich
snack - fruit
dinner - vegetables/meat

Well hey you can't make a set schedule on how your going to lose weight. You don't want your body to adapt to a routine. I always start off by watching my calories. Depending on your average calorie intake I'll have a goal for how many calories you can have. Do what everyone is suggesting esp. exercising.. but also don't eat your dinner too late - your body tends to store the fat if you eat and sleep soon after.

As you are desperate probably two good options are the Atkins diet and the vegan diet which both have a high success rate but, unfortunately, each has some possible health risks that you can find in searches for "atkins diet" + "health hazards" and vegan + "health hazards".

Well why won't you try that new slim TEA?!
