I really cannot say if you are doing too much cardio. There is simply not enough information to go on. I had a friend of mine who was a semi-pro cyclist in the Air Force. He would think that 60 minutes of cardio is simply not enough. Me, I have been out of the service for too long and am way out of shape. I did 15 minutes of cardio and felt like I was going to die.

Best advice anyone can give you without knowing exactly your case is do not work yourself to failure. Finish strong. Working yourself to failure increases the odds of getting injured. Not hurt, you can exercise hurt, but you cannot exercise if you are injured. For example, I overdid my legs yesterday. I worked them again today, even though they hurt, but I didn't work them hard, just enough to keep them going.

One thing that I do that you might start doing if you are not is stretching ever morning. Even on days off, stretch for about 30 minutes first thing in the morning. It helps to work out the kinks from the previous day's work, is very low impact, has nearly no chance of causing injury, and improves your body's fitness. And it helps start your day out. It gets your body ready to start using food as energy, not try to recover from a night of fasting.

That depends on the intensity. Are you walking, jogging, or sprinting. 60 min is too much at high intensity - you'll just wear yourself out.

Well it's important to push yourself as all my coaches said. Don't run yourself down though. If you're tired try to run at least a little. The other guy is right about the pace thing too
