Does running burn fat from everywhere?!
Question: i would like to lose 15 lbs of fat from all over but especially my thighs. how much would i have to run everyday to lose this amount in 2 months?

3 to 4 miles 5 times a week
I lost 30 pounds by running 3.5 miles for 1.5 months, then 7 miles for another 1.5 months.
and yes it burns fat everywhere...especially thighs
Well you can't put a definite time limit, but running more certainly didn't hurt anyone. I'd start with a ten minute fairly fast paced jog and work your way up
