Good abs workout. Is this good method how long will it take. does it burn fat?!


Question: Hey, i want defined abs and every night i am doing 50 sit ups then 90 crunches 30 for each right left center. is this a good technique or do i need to be doing something else, whats good? I am 5'8 or so and 130 lbs so im not skinny or fat. does this burn tummy fat or do i need to expand my exercizes to more then crunches and sit ups. All i want it minorly defined abs, how long will it take?

That will work, but those exercises only target the upper and side abdominals. to get to the lower abs do this
lay on your back, with your hands under your butt if you want. then with your toes pointed, raise both legs up so that your toes are pointing to the ceiling. then lower them but dont let them touch the floor. repeat as many times as you want. i hope you get a dream stomach!

sounds like you're on the right track, but crunches aren't the only thing you have to do.

getting a 6-pack takes work, and you need to get the right information to do it properly. do the wrong exercises or follow the wrong eating program, and you'll be wasting your time. everyone thinks crunches are the answer, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. a combination of strength-building exercises (like deadlifts, rows, bench presses), good diet program, and cardio is the answer to getting the abs you want.

Dude you're over doing it... Your 5'8" and 130 lbs. It means that you are thin to have a big abs... Only do your abs and crunches every other day... 3x a week. The more you over do it, the more you loose interest. I suggest to make your weight at around 145-150lbs.

In this case you can see the effect in less than 2 weeks. Good luck
