How much weight can i lose by feb 9th?!


Question: i'm 15, 5'3 and 115 lbs
i will eat 1500 or less calories a day
i'll do aerobics for at least 30 min each day, yoga once a week for an hour, and intense taebo 3-4 times a week for 45 min

how much weight could i possibly lose by then? i have a dance coming up :-/

With your height and age, the most you would possibly want to lose is no more than 6 or 7 lbs. But since you're already pretty small, there's only room for toning. Also, your time frame is pretty small. I would up the calories to 1700. Even an apple can equal more than 100 calories.
You have a high metabolism, plus you work out. You should replenish any lost water, nutrients by eating 6 small meals a day. Water, Water, water is the key.
I would suggest drinking green tea too.

The most you could possibly lose would be 7 lbs. give or take two.

But also note that the weight is not the issue here. You probably are used to being a smaller weight than this. Don't worry. It is normal.

you shouldnt lose anyweight, ur perfect the way u are..if you lose more than what you already weigh your gonna look like a bag of bones..but if you wanna tone up theres no problem in that...even though that does contribute to weight loss...but no as much. goodluck and hope the dance is fun

Girl, you sounds like you're fine the way you are... it doesn't sound like you need to lose any!

How much weight you lose, all depends on your body... and you shouldn't lose too fast (2 lbs a week is plenty).

DON'T starve yourself! Keep eating, just eat healthy.

My guess is 10 pounds, but it appears to me that you are weight proportionate according to your height. Why don't you just get a cute dress for your figure and go with it. Please do not get caught up in the weight loss frenzy, which could border on anorexia.

you shouldnt be losing any weight!!! Your weight compared to your height is perfect. I wouldnt worry at all about wanting to lose weight.

Stay active, eat healthy, and you will be fine. but i wouldnt worry about losing weight...the most i think you should lose weight would be 5 pounds...but that sounds like it'd be on a road to unhealthyness.

Should you not eat from today till 2/9, you could lost it all.

It's a bad idea to lose more weight for anybody who is not obese.

If you only carry your bones to the dance floor, you'd let others feel quite harsh, not soft&sweet. LOL
