Tommrow: 1 banana at 4:00 PM. and plenty of exercise!
Sunday: I eat about 4 veggie chicken nuggets.

In those days will I lose about 3-4 pounds?

Yes, short term you may lose weight, but long term this type of sporadic eating will only cause damage to your body and spirit. It will have ill effects on your internal organs and will slow your metabolism. Also, by yo-yo dieting it becomes more and more difficult each time you want to lose weight.

YOU SHOULD DO. YOU MAY SUFFER TIREDNESS OR DROWSINESS AND BECOME A LITTLE BIT SNAPPY TOWARDS PEOPLE BUT YOU SHOULD LOSE SOME WEIGHT.
WHEN YOU GO BACK TO EATING NORMALLY YOUR BODY IS GONNA HAVE TO ADJUST BACK TO EATING FOOD REGULARLY AGAIN AND YOU'LL GAIN LOTS OF WEIGHT VERY QUICKLY, BUT HEY.
