Orange chicken is just about the worst thing you can get at a chinese restaurant. It's deep fried, high in sodium, and smothered in sweet sauce. There are some places that prepare it without frying it, though.

Here's some info from Panda Express:

Orange Flavored Chicken (5.5 oz)
500 cal/27 g fat/3 g fiber/42 g carbs

Chicken with String Beans (5.5 oz)
160 cal/8 g fat/4 g fiber/10 g carbs

Mandarin Chicken (5.5 oz)
250 cal/10 g fat/0 g fiber/8 g carbs

Kung Pao Chicken (5.5 oz)
240 cal/15 g fat/5 g fiber/12 g carbs

ABOUT AS BAD AS A WHOPPER

I think it's up there because it is fried and cooked in the grease and other flavors. I think it might be as bad if not worse as fried. Grilled and baked are the healthiest :)
