What do i do to loose pounds QUICKLY?!

well depending on your height, you don't need to.
i'm your age and your weight but i'm 5'6.
so thats average for my age/height.

if you're at all below 5'4, then losing weight is an option.

First, make sure you get 30 minutes of cardio for at least 3 times a week. (you can run, dance, play a sport, walk, etc.)

Along with cardio, you need some toning exercises.

Make sure you eat between 1,400 & 2,000 calories a day.
TIP: peanut butter works wonders! * it builds muscle and burns fat, while giving your body lots of fiber and stopping cravings!
Eat healthy, too. (obviously)

If you lose pounds quickly, it will ruin your goal because you will become unhealthy. Losing more than 3lbs a week (besides the first week or two) can cause heart problems and other health problems.

The best way to lose weight healthfully is to go at a slower rate. Make a plan that has you losing between 1 and 3lbs a week and try your hardest to stick to it.

Since your still young, eat lots of fruits and protien and take up a few school sports. In a few years you should be in shape

just eat healthy and excersise I'm 14 and way 136 it will take some time but you'll b proud of your self and feel great to i kno i do.Hoped i helped
