Question: So somebody recommended me to get ALL naturaly peanutbutter then REDUCED fat peanutbutter. The reuced fat peanutbutter has 190 calories and when I went to the grocery store the %100 natural peanutbutter's were 200-220 calories, WOW!!!
Why do people recommned natural peanutbutter on a diet when it has like 50 more calories then regular peanutbutter. I don't get it!!

I LOVE peanutbutter but Iam a on a diet so I eat it like 1 or 2 times a week and only like 2tsp.

So I don't get it, do you?

All natural peanut butter doesn't have an added vegetable oil which keeps the natural peanut oil from seperating in the jar. The vegetable oil is what adds the harmful Trans Fat to the peanut butter. The all natural is free from Trans Fat, but you will have to stir up the peanut butter each time you use it because it seperates. Despite the higher calorie count, the all natural is better for you (your heart) in the long run.

did you ever try natural peanut butter, no sugar!! run toto run Report It

  • natural doesn't have peanut implants (lol)

Peanut butter is filled with essential nutrients and vitamins including vitamin E, niacin, folate, magnesium, antioxidants, and oleic fatty acid, which has been shown to be beneficial to cardiovascular health. Going au naturel is even healthier because you get all of the health benefits of regular peanut butter without the harmful trans fat from partially hydrogenated oils that are typically used in processing. The bad news is too much of a good thing may not be so great
