How can i lose 15 lbs of fat!?!

Cardio vascular, preferably in the morning. If you work out in the morning you burn calories all day. If you lift weights for your triceps and legs do less weight and more reps, better for toning and shaping. 1 set of 30 for example (if you cant do 30 at once, do less weight and work yourself up) , guys do 3 sets of 10 with heavier weights because that's more fitting to bulk up, the opposite of what you want. Bicycle kicks are a great way to work your stomach and legs and you can do it while you watch TV during commercial breaks.

Try to reduce carb intake, eat a lot of protein and vegetables. Chicken is your friend, low on fat and high in protein. Try not to eat before you go to bed, drink water when you can. Sorry for the random list lol, but that's mostly what comes to mind. Good luck.

You just have to diet and excercise. That's the healthy way to do it..

Eat healthy and get at least 30 mins of excersice a day..

A simple excercise u will have to do-
Turn ur neck left, and then toward right. repeat it twice.
Before every time when someone ask u to eat anything.

i really dont know about nutrition but my exboyfriend was a health freak so here it goes.....
-not big meals after 7 pm.
-drink nothing BUT water and lots *do not drink anything that says "corn syrup" that turns to fat!!!
-have breakfast (its ok to have a big meal because its in the morning and youll have all day to burn those calories, by the way you need your breakfast for energy)
-always carry like little snaks (healthy kind) with you so you can eat like every two hours
-Do not eat fruit before going to sleep (i know its natural sugar but it will still turn into fat)
-and try to get your protein from chicken.....

Ok first if you're a soda drinker then stop. it said that if a person who drinks a can of soda a day replaces it with water for a month they will automatically lose 5 pounds! (happened to me). Juices are also not very recommended because of the sugar. Control your eating portion, try 5 small meals a day if possible. Walk a lot. Lifting weights will increase your metabolism so that would help with fat burning. Also try jogging/swimming a couple times a week. Good luck!

well first, jog or walk everyday ( Cardio)
second, eat good food
and third do sit ups or muscle workouts for the place u wana loose fat.

Or
don't eat at all for like 2 days and ur stomach will shrink and u won't eat as much after.
