How much exercise do i need to lose weight?!


Question: i have limited my calories to 1200 but how much exercise should i do so i can lose 15 lbs in 2 months? currently i run a mile everyday, should i be running more? what other exercises should i do?

u should do cardio (running fast is cardio) for 1 hour a day if u want to lose weight. good luck

try to tone up by lifting some dumbbells.

try resistence workout (lifting, etc) the more leaqn muscle you put on, the higher your average daily caloric burn will be.

and yes, try working up more than a mile a day, or up the intensity by running faster.
