How can I grow in weight with getting fat?!


Question: I went to a medical check and I was told I have 57 Kg, being under the normal weight for a 17 years old teenager. I received a piece of advice that I should take proteins and do exercises. What could be the best protein source?:-?:-/

You are still growing, but be sure to have protein & fat (meat, fish, fowl & cheese) in every meal. But particularly avoid all refined carbohydrates! Avoid bread, pastas, donuts, cake, candy, soft drinks, fruit juice, & starchy vegetables like potatoes, etc. These rob you of energy and the desire to be physically active - which will build muscle.

you are just only 17 and still growing up.ask anybody who are actually overweight and how difficult to live with over fat on their body.you should feel lucky yourself that you are not like that.putting a little weight should be OK.eat some Protein riched food like some beans,cheese,and eating 2 banana everyday will add you some weight on you.all others also depends how much sleep and rest you are taking.if you can try also sleeping during the day.i have heard that ppl who sleeps during the day would gain lots of weight on them.as long as you are not feeling weak you are ok.Good luck.

well you are still growing..if you want to gain weight i think that is ok but i would do a healthy way not sitting around eating junk food...work out and eat bigger meals...that way it will be lean muscle and muscle is heavier than fat! good luck hunny and you are still young dont worry to much!
