Would the be a change and when do you reckon!?!


Question: Im currently 14st and standing 5ft 8 im overweight. i'm currently going to the gym 3 times a week doing 20 mins on the treadmill 20 mins on the bikes and then a selection of weights

In your opinion would this be enough for me to lose a bit of weight and when do you think i would start seeing a change in my body?

Do you do any other exercise? Walking around etc, as well? Don't over do the gym and get bored - try doing a racket sport with a friend, which can be a lot of fun and more rewarding, or going swimming, for variation. Also, watch the snacks, or you may not notice the change.

You will start to feel better perhaps before you notice the change in your body, but really really important not to give up. 6 -8 weeks should see you making some progress, but after that it will go faster, because the more exercise you do the better your metabolism becomes.

It takes about 6 weeks to start looking like you're toning up properly, but g'luck - and don't strain yourself!.. stretch and warm up..
