5 month of running?!


Question: Its not because i'm fat its because my endurance suck. If i run 3 times a week ( i fence three times a week to) will i improve on endurances, also my friend wants to do the same but with different reason (she thinks she fat) how much weight would she lose.

It all depends on the diet. In other words, you can't train like a champ and eat like a chimp and expect to lose any weight. It's all about burning calories/bodyfat and cutting back on calories, as well.

it will help but try to get some hill workouts in with your runs... sine its only 3 days run 50 to 100 meters up a steep hill about 10 times... or do speed intervals to keep your speed for fencing like 50 meter sprints, 100m, a couple 200s

of course it would improve endurance... and it depends because everybody is different and you didn't really say a distance.
