sorry but it will take awhile but stick with it and most of all do it the healthy way

don't rush it, you'll get stretch marks.

Hi, I'm just starting out in this area too! I found this AMAZING website that's like you're own personal trainer! It's free and it's SO COOL! You go in, create you account, and it asks you your hieght, weight, and weight-loss goals, and gives you weight training with house-hold objects. Also, it's got demonstrational videos and a nutritional tracker with calorie, fat, protein, and carb trackers. It's SO AWESOME!!!!!!! You should go in and create an account, it will walk you through getting healthier. I LOVE IT! Sparkpeople.com. Go there now, sista!

can I just say that if you eat a better breakfast, say something with protien or low fat dairy you will lose a bit more, studies say that when you eat a good breakfast you're less likely to overeat the rest of the day. I'd say change it to a bowl of high fiber cereal instead of just fruit, and remember to drink plenty of water

Girl, sorry to be harsh, but you need to make a more informed decision about your diet and what you are eating.
Problem #1- I see no breakfast in your plan, which is key- you need breakfast to get your furnace going.
Problem #2- You are not mentioning a balanced meal plan, nor are you mentioning calorie count. You need to know what you are eating in relation to what you will be burning.
Problem #3- It is obvious that you haven't consulted your M.D. about starting an new cardio / workout plan, and that is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT as he can evaluate the state of your lungs, heart, joints, and bones to make sure you are ready, give you suggestions for beginning your program, and what to avoid, so you do not end up injuring yourself.

My advice is to start off slow and begin to work out before you start to diet, so you can see how your body responds. You are gong to be far more hungry when you start working out than you are right now, and you might be surprised you burn without having to curb your diet too much (and so drastically.) I think you should start with cardio 3 times a week for no more than 20 mins, and do it only at a level where you could hold a conversation while you are working out (trust me, it will seem mild at first, but you will work into more difficult cardio and STILL be able to hold a conversation if you do it this way.) Alternate strength training between your cardio 2 times a week.

But first and foremost- go see your M.D. and preferrably a registered dietician. This will help tremendously. Even though you are starting to diet- you need to make sure you are giving your body what it needs while beginning your fitness program.

Good luck!
