How do a 14 year old get ripped?!


Question: I'm 14 and I normally work out actually every day at school since september 2007......not seeing and results...do I need some type of supliment to see results?

No.
You just need to keep up the exercise for at least an hr everyday and stick to healthy food... you dont have to cut junk food out completely but take it easy and just drink water.
try avoid suppliments as much as possible.

Ummm... you are too young to have put on the muscle you will need to get 'ripped'. If you try to rush the issue, you will have weight problems you will be fighting for the rest of your life. Right now you are going through the second-fastest growth spurt of your life, and you need the food coming in to fuel it, so don't expect a lot of muscular bulk. Now if you are talking strictly about muscle definition... get active. Go ride a bike, go skateboarding, go hiking, rock climbing, play basketball, just find something that involves getting off your @ss and do it.

Join for gymnastics... trust me! You will get full thighs (extremely muscular) and if you do TONS of push-ups you'll get bigger bodybuilder-like shoulders, and you'll get six-pack ABS. Gymnastics, girly as it may seem, can seriously make you TOUGH and muscular.

Just do a bring up program. 20 sit ups every day for a week, then 25 situps....It adds up really fast.
