it means that your workout did something. when you work out your muscles tear, forcing your muscles to repair and grow, making more muscle tissue, thus making you stronger. also if you feel the burn during your workout it is good

you need a day to rest to let your muscles heal and get bigger. never over do a workout. make sure you can do all the sets and reps. if it becomes to easy increase the weight/tension/length in the workout.

If you were over exercising you would probally be on your way to injuries like muscle sprains and tears that inhibit you from excersising, or you would be having really intense muscle spasms (cramps) very often.

if you feel hungry after a workout it is very important to eat because your body needs to replace the nutrients and vitamins it used.

It is natural.
Don't freak.
Your body might not be that used to exercise.
Or u are just a little tired.

Still, don't push yourself too hard.

Means its working.

May be you are over exercising.

When you first start to exercise or are fairly new to it, it is quite normal to feel sore. Now overdoing is when you really can't move and you feel as if the pain is super unbearable.

your supposed to be sore afterward, not to be sexist or anything but most women dont seem to understand this part of the whole working out thing. But the soreness comes from exertion of the muscles, your muscle fibers tear during excersise and lactic acid builds up around them causing the soreness, the muscles will then grow back bigger and stronger. If you were over exercising you would probally be on your way to injuries like muscle sprains and tears that inhibit you from excersising, or you would be having really intense muscle spasms (cramps) very often.

Hey There, It's very natural and it's a very good thing it means your doing the right thing your body aches because your body is changing especially if your working out to get in shape that means you work out is actually doing your body good.
