How do I become a bit more thin?!

Question: I'm 13 and I'm 100 pounds (45 kg) and I'm really normal weight, but I was just wondering- cuz like I have a bit of stomach fat coming out and a pretty big butt lol. All my friends have flat, nice butts and stomachs. I don't want to be a calorie freak, cuz i don't believe in them doing any harm, and i dont eat junky greasy foods. So how can i just have flat stuff? lol

Sounds like you just need to tone up. Exercise! Do some strength training exercises. That will give you more muscles, therefore, eliminating the flab.

Put down the fork.

just exercise

Eat LESS move MORE! LOL

work out at least 30 minutes a day and eat fruit and veggies like salads

Let your body finish developing first and if you are still not easy with it, make sure to eat a balanced diet and get plenty of exercise.

If you are 13 and 100 pounds you are NOT overweight by any means! I can' t believe that young girls like yourself actually feel this way. LOVE yourself!

Your young, and growing if your not overweight don't worry things will flatten out. Some girls have curves enjoy them, those girls with no butts and no hips will all want your figure! Try to eat healthy don't worry about dieting. Fruits, veggies, whole grains, moderate amounts of fat and sugars are a healthy start.

Exercises. Only way to loose a good bit of weight. Forget your ''eat one leaf a day'' diet. Either exercises more, stop snacking, eat your leaves or keep your weight the way it is.

do excerises you enjoy doing... like sports? any sports you like? go to classes, pilates, indoor cycling, step classes, kick boxing.. there's soooo much to choose from. But i really think you should wait it out till you body finishes developing !

I know, i had the same problem when I was 13 (when dinosaurs roamed the earth).
Actually, the little tummy, turkey fat, big butt, and hips are normal at your age. In puberty, teens tend to get wider and curvaceous at the same time. The extra, small 'pudge' is stored fat that is used for growing. When you grow, you stretch and every month or so you'll notice you taller and a bit leaner. Don't stress, if anything it's a good thing that its there! The stored fat also converts into energy and plays an enormous role in breast development.

Play it easy, healthy, and safe: drink 6-8 glasses of water a day for good hair+nails, excercise for 45minutes to an hour--20m in gym counts, and eat 2 servings of low-fat dairy for 2 weeks--dairys fat content helps puberty-related growth such as breast development and healthy brain function (yes, fats like that are good, I suggest low-sugar natural Activia yogurt). Just make simple changes to bread, like whole grain instead of white for extra fiber--too much of dairy can make you constipated and lack of water can harden stool (won't be able to go to the bathroom or painful to). The fiber in whole grain gives you energy, nutrients, and helps you go to the bathroom easier and healthier.
