How can i become MORE thin? (13 year old)?!

Question: I'm 13 and I'm 100 pounds (45 kg) and I'm really normal weight, but I was just wondering- cuz like I have a bit of stomach fat coming out and a pretty big butt lol. All my friends have flat, nice butts and stomachs. I don't want to be a calorie freak, cuz i don't believe in them doing any harm, and i dont eat junky greasy foods. So how can i just have flat stuff? lol
Love your replies, but i have one more question- I do sit-ups every day. How much would you recommend? And would it help to tone me up? Thanks.
And I don't think myself as fat either. (my friends think so too.)
You keep on saying exercise- WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES??? =D Please say exact amounts. :)

Thank goodness you don't want to lose weight and only want to tone up.
I would reccomend between fifty and seventy sit-ups a day and swimming is also very good for toning you up (maybe for two hours a week and results in two months)
Make sure you don't get caught up in the stick thin craze.

You need cardio (running) if you want to burn off that tiny extra amount of fat on the abs. That's the only way to lose it. You can, in addition to the cardio, do situps, legs raises, etc. in order to tone your abs up as well if you want to. And most of all, be consistent- do it every day and it'll definitely go away.

hey try some cardio, like running or pilates or something like that. crunches and sit-ups help, but you wont see a six pack or anything until you lose your so called "stomach fat." drink a lot of water. running is probably your best bet, definatley a few times a week. good luck!

Exercise is always great and will keep you healthy, but I also want to say that you are only thirteen years-old and chances are as you get older your body will change and you'll thin out. Just remember to eat well and keep yourself happy and healthy.
