i have just been prescribed some again of the doctor,i had them a few year ago but stopped for some silly reaon.but when i first got them i lost 7 pound in 6 days,then 2 to 3 pound a week.they are fantastic pills.i got the 10mg,and thats what i have getten again.they really do supress your appeitie,and you feel like you have alot more enegry also,you can still eat what you like just have smaller portains,and try and eat plenyt of fruit and veg,and also try and have atleast 8 glases of water a day.good luck.also if you like let me no how you get on with them,and i will do the same.love lisa as well lol..xx

    • my brother weighed 21 stone, he was given the 10mg first offpounds! its good as long as you dont think you still have to eat! he did after a whle and the pills stopped workin

    i'm 5"4 and weigh around 68 kgs, and i just started reductil last wednesday. on wednesday i weighed 71.5, so i've already lost 3.5 kilos in 3 days. I've been working my *** off at the gym too and calorie counting, but you need to with diet pills, they don't do all the work for you. Hope this helps =]
