I need to loose 50lbs from my pregancy but I seem to have such a hard time doing!
Question: I'm doing cardio, eating healthy and nothing!
Also: I hate diets, I cannot be restricted from certain foods.
What else should I do? Could stress cause it? why?

The indispensable foundation upon which ANY weight loss program must be built is will power. Make a commitment to a program that works for you and then stick to it. No one can do this for you. It is totally up to you and only you. Can you do it?
