I need to loose 50lbs from my pregancy but I seem to have such a hard time doing!


Question: I'm doing cardio, eating healthy and nothing!

Also: I hate diets, I cannot be restricted from certain foods.

What else should I do? Could stress cause it? why?

I hate diets too!

I did weight watchers (not a diet) and lost 60 lbs after i had my baby :)
