Whats an easy diet to follow???!


Question: i SOOOOOOOO want to lose bfor high school, PLEASE!!!!!! we will be SWIMMING!!!! ahhh, omg! im 14 and have a hard time sticking with diets. pleases i dont want to join a gym or pay for food to come to me like jenny craig. something as EASY as possible. pleaseeeee i am DESPERATE. any routines? ideas? ANYthing? whats a easy way to burn cals? i want to lose 35 lbs.

Try limiting yourself to 3 servings of bread, pasta, rice (carbs), and 3 servings or lean meat, fish or eggs (protein) a day. Eat lots of vegetables, at least 2 fruits and 2 glasses of milk.

Also, make sure that you are watching your fats (butter, margarine, oils, etc) and avoid food that is cooked either in creamy sauces, battered, or fried.

Also, you need to exercise. Try to spend 30 or 45 minutes at least 5 days a week exercising. You can walk, swim, dance, do aerobics (at home with videos), play sports, etc.

It is important that you try to keep everything balanced. Don't try to eliminate all carbs or all proteins.

Also, break up your food and have 5 or 6 small meals each day.

Finally, make sure that you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

Good luck.

Try boosting your metabolism by eating small 300cal meals 6 times a day.

This will help you lose fat. Excercise will help you gain muscle.

Just because you're 14 doesn't mean you can't start eating healthy and working out.

Um yea really dude guess what?
Its called eating healthy and exercising. Like running burns alot of calories and fat. Eating healthy isnt that hard. jst cut out the junk food with high suger high fat with high fructose corn syrup no soda no juice just water :D. and you'll drop the weight
