I am 13 years old boy i want to strenghten my arms muscles what should i do?!

Question: The best thing if you don't have access to a gym or barbells, etc., is pushups, pullups, and backwards pushups (you are face up, put your feet up on something like a chair, and put your hands, behind your back on a chair... kinda hard to explain).

Curling is hard to do without barbells or dumbells.

bench press? dumbells? idk works for me.

Push-ups

Do pushups, or if u have $$, then jion a fitness club.

Push ups.

join a gym and do weights but ask a proffesional trainer (at the gym?) because at you age you shouldnt to much as it may stunt your growth and damage your spinal frame

push up are best for starters, after that u could go for the other basics like chin ups, pull ups and other concept of training. Do those procedure and i will guarantee u results

Basically just do pushups and chinups. They can be done anywhere with just your bodyweight and provide great strengthening. It is alot easier than paying alot for a gym membership and being baffled by exercises, sets and reps, form and supplements. I did these and i was always stronger than average

grab a bar and do 90 degree angle pullups

pull ups.

Do u want to increase the size of your arm muscle or improve the power of your arm muscle? The training methods are totally different.

push-ups and pull-ups....at 13, you do not want to start lifting weights, id say wait til you are 14, and then i would try arm machines at the gym...but dude push-ups and pull-ups are hands down enough for all ages; if you do them with dedication, you will gain soooo much strength, but it isnt easy....my friend got a pull-up bar installed above his bathroom door and got the door removed so that whenever he passed, he would do 5-10 pull-ups.......thats cool, but if u do not want to do that, this suggestion is what my wrestling coach gave me and doing it kept me fit: WATCH TV! what you do is, whenever you are watching tv, when the commercials come, do as many push-ups you can do for one commercial until it ends, then when the new one comes on, do sit-ups, and keep doing that until the show starts....even for 30 min shows, that is SUCH an insane workout....but hey you have all the time in the world, hope that helps! :)

do pushups and lift dumbells.
