Semi-healthy? Not a whole lot of choice there for a coffee drink. Your best choice is a straight cup of coffee. An unflavored cappuccino or latte is probably your next best option. The flavorings are mostly sugar, and they generally are not shy about adding a lot of flavor.

Stay away from the blended creme drinks and don't be tempted to say "venti" to anything.

The best thing you can do is research it yourself. Compare your favorite beverages here: http://www.starbucks.com/retail/nutritio...

You can always ask for decaf. Starbucks coffees have historically had more caffeine than just about anywhere else - in many cases, double the amount for the same size beverage elsewhere.

get a lite mocha frappuchino wit NO whip cream!! trust me...the whip cream is worse than the drink!!!!

get ur drink skinny (non fat milk) with no whip. and if ur adding syrup to it, use one of there sugar free ones.

A nonfat latte is probably okay, no fat but some milk protein, calcium, etc. I mean its like half a glass of coffee and half a glass of nonfat milk.

But I think the healthiest drink is just straight -coffee-! Maybe with some artificial sweetener if you like it that way. I just drink the regular coffee and I'm very healthy (cough cough).

Starbucks has the new "SKINNY" phase, so you can order any skinny latte, which is supposed to be less calories and less fat.

I've always ordered my lattes with either soy milk or fat free milk so I'm glad they finally added it to their normal menu

bottled water

I'm sure they can help find u something yummy that won't bulge your tummy!! : )

skinny late or vanilla late without whipped cream...

The bottled water is the best.
