At your height, you can be anywhere between 111 lbs to 135lbs... Weight should not be your concern (especially for one who is only 12 years old). Your health should be your concern.

Do you get winded walking up a flight of stairs? Do you feel a little weak when trying to pick something really heavy up (40lbs or more)? Then you could get yourself into some sports to build up your stamina and muscles...

TaeBo videos are really fun (easy to do at home, fun to do with friends), they tone your muscles pretty well... Jogging, playing sports like swimming, tennis or softball also help keep your endurance up. Get a bike, ride to school or around a park.

Don't focus on your weight. Focus on having fun.

at 12 you have no need to diet

Basic crunches and "core" excercises will help tone your body. When I was your age, I had the same problem. Just tone them muscles and you'll do just fine.

Watch what you eat more carefully. Do lots of walking.

just enjoy being 12... seriously, you have MORE than enough time to worry about your weight. You'll probably just grow out of it anyway, within a few years as you get taller. Best thing to do is to play a sport a few times a week and keep fit.
