Flat stomach!?!


Question: how can i get one?? im only 14 and i have like a little 'pouch' well its nothing really.. but im picky and i want things to be perfect lol.. whats some ewxersizes i can do?

Eat healthy for starters.

Do lots of exercises for the stomach

Crunches
One of the best techniques which if done right you really can feel the difference is to straighten you feet out a lot more and not have your knees right up. Only have a few inches between the space between the back of your knees and the ground. Flex your toes towards the ceiling. Put your hand behind your head and when doing the crunch don't use them to pull yourself up but allow them to just rest there. Keep your elbows back so this can happen easily. when you bring your body up concentrate on not allowing your rib cage to move up and down but try to keep it still. This should work your abs a lot more and also focus on your lower abdomen.

Once you get those down pat then hold that position with your head off the ground and lift your feet one at a time a few inches off the ground. After having done that a few times raise your feet one at a time the same but keep both feet a few inches off the ground while doing so. This is another exercise that will help your tummy. Have heaps more but just start with this. they really do work and I have good abs and at 45 with 3 kids that's saying something.

do some crutches, it helps me

A healthy diet and plenty of exercise is really the best way.
Just don't overdo it.
You really will have to do both because if you are just doing crutches or working out, you're burning fat, but you're also building muscle which the fat will still cover up and won't help as much.
Don't try to starve yourself because it will only make you hungrier and signal your stomach to hold in food longer or something like that. I read it from somewhere.
Vomiting can make you really sick because you are upsetting your stomach.
Anorexia and bulimia can kill you.
And also, drink lots of water. It helps too.

sit ups and runing helps

well, u could try some crunches probably about 20-30 a day. it usually helps.U have to do them correctly to get good results. or u could try sit ups.

all girls have that "pouch" because its where your girly stuff are

Not everyone can get a flat tummy. Ever since I was little I always had a little pouch thingy to. Its not big or anything but it bugs me. I eat super healthy and all I drink is fat free milk && water all the time. Ive been working out for 4 years but my little pouch is still there but it has gotten smaller since then but I cant get it flat. Its my stupid genetics! You can still tell that I have abs && everything but i still have a little tiny pouch. So yah eat healthy && workout.

. Consume less sugar, processed foods and sodium.
