Yes, but an egg white is only 7 grams of protein per each large egg. Hope you like lots of egg.

Of course, egg whites are not only a complete protein source but easily digetible as well. If you're taking in Protein for the purpose of lifting weights and building muscle you can't get all your protein adequately in one meal.

here is my site I found it on- My original offer was in a letter for $30/pound - but I found this outfit on the net and they have a 55 lb bag - with S & H - that makes it $4.80 a pound - much more reasonable
and at 2 tbls a day it should last 16 days per pound- should is the operative word here - as I am finding more things to put it in

and the rest of the family WONT STAY OUT OF IT !!!!!
