Why do i always feel guilty after i eat?!


Question: like a big meal ...dinner....sumtimes lunch but not breakfeast i noe i need that but i always feel like im putting the weight on but im not...im a scale freak i check my weight all the time( 3 times a day? ) i work out 3 times a week

nothing wrong with you, your just paranoid about your weight it sounds like to me. not a big deal really but i would try to get over it, you shouldnt be thinking every time you eat "oh man i just put on like 10 lbs i bet" or "wow i ate way too much" eat until your full and dont worry about it, you exercise so if you eat normally your not going to just put on weight.

sounds like a borderline eating disorder. be careful... its a slippery slope...

Cuz u think ur gettin fat. Jump around as much as u eat. If u like, eat as much as u can and jump around(exercise or anything)

i do too. but it doesn't really matter. and besides, you do work out three times a week. actually, the correct way to think is: to lose fats not to lose weight. i try that everytime.

Sounds like your developing anorexia. You need to see a doctor now. Like, before you lose any more weight.

if you're overweight then dont worry - checking is ok - at one point you will find the will-power to reduce your eating.

if your body weight is fine, then maybe you need to divert your energies and focus on other things - perhaps get new hobbies and interests.

You are a typical young woman. Most girls think they should be thinner thanks to the media and other mean people. You are normal, and a goddess. Be healthy and love who you are!

Put your scale in the closet so you'll try not to think about your weight. Don't feel guilty, it's okay to eat a little extra every so often. You won't gain weight that fast so don't obsess over it. As long as keep up a healthy diet and continue the weekly workouts you'll be fine.

Maybe you are eating more than you think you need? Try eating less and see if that makes you feel better. If you are working out and eating 3 meals a day (and not snacking on junk all day) you shouldn't be worrying about your weight! Have fun, enjoy life and love your body.

You are trying to lose weight and therefore whenever you eat you tend to feel guilty. You can still eat and enjoy your food but do not eat too much.. How much? Only you can decide. Do not overeat. Eat as much as you want until you do not feel hungry than stop eating. You can still eat, but please stop eating that way you will not feel guilty about over eating.
