Answers: I drink for almost 3 cups of coffee a day?

There's lots of reading material about this in Prevention, Health Magazine, etc.....they actually are saying that at least 1 cup a day is good for you and will prevent Alzheimer's as well as stimulate your metabolism. I have also read that you should have a cup of caffeine at least 30 min before working out because it does get your body burning fat before you go to workout which makes for a productive workout.

I also agree with the "drink lots of h20" comment because caffeine does dehydrate you and you need to replenish.

No. My mom works with hearts on a daily basis and can always tell when someone drinks coffee. In the long run, it isnt good for your health. But I am not sure how much coffee is too much.

Be sure to drink a lot of water because coffee tends to dehydrate a bit... otherwise its actually ok at 3 cups a day... hospitals allow heart patients to drink it 2 days after valve replacements... its fine.

Unless you have heart arrhythmias, don't worry. I'd start drinking more tea than coffee though. Better for you, and it has just as much caffeine.

Yes, it's very good for you to drink at least 3 cups of coffee a day.
The shaking, that's your SUPER POWERS trying to get out.
If you drink up to 8 cups a day, you will be able to lift a bus and possibly fly.

Moderation Pete. Moderation.

The myth that coffee is bad for you is untrue. It is the caffeine that is bad. Start drinking decaf. If you are the kind of person that drinks it for the caffeine, then stop drinking it all together. I drink decaf coffee, but I like coffee just because i think it tastes good.
