you burn all ..well most of you calories wen u sleep anyways..there is no need to do it before bed.
if u wud like to burn more calories then jst as u wake up be for u hav any food..then wud be gud time to work out as u dunt hav much calories lefted in ur body u will be burning away wats lefted of em an fat. :D

well its not the best idea. Working out before going to bed speeds up ur heart rate, which is the opposite of what happesn when ur sleeping I dont reccommend unless u plan on staying up.

yeah. Sex is the best one. And you don't even have to leave your bed.

you should always exercise at least four hours before you sleep

its not really good for you cause you burn all that energy and then just crash into sleep sure the rest is good but you still need to have little activity after excercise even if its just getting up and getting the mail. =]

yea it will for the first 30-60 mins when u do a hard work out and then go to sleep ur body isnt cooled down so while u sleep u burn some then it diminishes over the period of time.....

i normally do push ups and leg lifts before bed so my metabolism stays high

if u exercise before bed u will have diffuculty fallin asleeppp
no joke

No...

It also makes it harder to sleep if you get wound up that late.

It is best for health and metabolism to excercise first thing in the morning.

You also KEEP excercising regularly when you allot a specific amount of morning time for excercise. That way, it is finished first thing...you don't have to worry about feeling too tired to excercise.

People who set aside night hours for excercise set themselves up for failure....by the end of the day, you often are too tired to excercise, and it is much easier to put off until tomorrow or next week.

i heard that its not a good idea to exercice before you go to bed. it takes away your sleep. also listen to what the other people say some of those things i didnt know.

I asked a well-renowned personal trainer this question because everything I read tells you to exercise in the morning to get your metabolism burning all day long. No matter what I do or try, I just CAN'T get up in the morning and make myself exercise! So...the personal trainer told me that as long as you work out during the day it doesn't matter when. In fact, he says the ideal time to exercise is a bunch of little times throughout the day (who can realistically do that?). He did say that if you are going to exercise at night like I do the only disadvantage is that it will revv you up and will give you energy which may take you some time to wind down. He said there isn't any information out there that says how long you should wait between exercising and going to bed for optimal results but he felt that at least a few hours to cool down and wind down would allow you to fully rest.

I know it takes me about 2 hours before I can go to bed.
