Will my muscles burn out if i do this?!


Question: like you know how with weights its not good to do them every day cause then your muscles burn out does that go the same with push ups cause i did 55 last night and today my arms are hurtin so should i do them again or will muscle burn out?

Everytime you do a new exercise your body isn't used to, it's going to hurt the next day and a few days after that. This isn't your muscles burning out, it's your muscles adjusting to a new kind of workout or weight.

If you want to gain muscle, don't be doing it everyday, do it twice a week or once a week and do it hard when you do it.

Make sure you're doing it right though, it shoudl be more than your arms that hurt, push ups are suppose to target your chest.
