It isn't that healthy. If its a sugary cereal then its really unhealthy. You need protien and fruits and veggies too. Its ok once in a while, of the cereal is good for you (such as Cheerios or Smart Start).

I don't know what is not healthy about it it has plently of vitamins that your body needs.

It lacks protein. Eating cereal all day will leave you feeling hungry as this type of carbs burn off very quickly versus a whole grain, I'm assuming you are speaking of a high sugar cereal. Listen to your mom, she knows best. : )

If it's fortified it will have a lot of vitamins and minerals, but eating the same thing every day is not a healthy choice.

lack of nutrients for sure. but cereal is so yummy huh!! You might actually loose weight...depends.....but my advise is to have just one bowl a day.

its not healthy. mama's right.
they're chock full of sugar and hidden stuff, so really, you're better off chewing on a block of hard caramel candy.
eat some fruit instead; it's nature's candy!

cereals are heavily processed foods. the more processed foods in the diet the greater the chances of health problems associated with nutrient deficiencies. humans are designed to ingest all natural foods provided by mother nature and consumed in it's natural form.
