Leg Workouts for Cheerleading?!


Question: Track season is about to start and so is cheerleading tryouts. I want to look my best so i guess toned. I have almost a month. I have little ankles and thicker thights. No workout machines. Just something i could do at home. thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jump roap, jogging would be a good place to start.
