Question: Morning [vitamins]

Breakfest: Slim fast Optima Drink
Pom Tea.
Banana
Lunch: Slice of Wheat Bread w/ Tuna and one tbspn of Miracle Whip.
Carrot.
Dinner: "Kashi": pasta.
Tangerine
Banana.
Total 1300?
I've only been eating a 1100 the past two days. Will I gain weight from eating an extra 200?
I shouldn't have had that banana.
I feel guilty which is stupid because...uh I don't know!
What do you think?

Don't worry about it. 200 or so calories is never going to make a difference in your weight loss. In fact, one good weight control method is tricking your digestive system. That way, it takes energy for your digestive system to adjust, therefore causing you to burn more calories.

No - an extra banana will make minimal differance. You're talking like you're anorexic or bulimic. That's a pretty damn healthy diet. You can afford to have an extra banana - jeez.

you will NOT gain weight from a bannana. you should be eating 1200+ calories a day, and you ate very well today. be proud for your healthy diet and dont worry about 200 "extra" calories. you did GREAT.

that is not enough calories to live off of, you should eat at least 1500 a day
