How can i have slim thighs?!


Question: at the moment my thighs are 20 inches! i would really like to slim them down for summer, so i have 3 months. will i have to lose pounds for them to be slim? is is possible for them to be 16 or 17 inches in 3 months? should i run everyday? how many miles? thankyou

ive learned that the eating component of this is more important....im a runner and i have big legs...theyre super toned but they ARE large and its because i eat whatever i want whenever i want....Id suggest running but you cant JUST run....you have to lose weight in order to reduce your thigh size.

Im wondering if anyone else has any good advice on this?

Increase metabolism and do some quick biking. For example, biking without having the gears too high.
