If you want to eat, then no.
You could eat healthy and then exercise it off. That would be "after workout skinny".

lol unfortunately not unless you dont eat! its just due to all of the food having been digested throughout the night as you havent eaten for 9 hours or slow, so unless you stop eating i dont think there is any way :p! x

Yes. Stay in bed all day long.

Drink lots of water, and cut down on caffeine and salt. Then your body will realise it doesn't have to retain water, and you'll look skinnier.

hahaha i get that too your stomach is really skinny and flat
