How to achieve bigger arm muscles?!

Question: I have been doing weights for 3 months and the results are showing but they're slow. I would like to know how to actually develop big, huge triceps and biceps. I have tried the common bicep curls, tricep push downs etc. but they don't seem to work. Can you advise me on how to get bigger arm muscles? thanks.

Inject testosterone directly into the muscle.

OK, that's a bit contraversial.

Bicep curls for hours on end will not build big, huge arms. The idea of weight training is that you damage the muscle cells. When they repair themselves, they grow back bigger and stronger. But in order to develop this size, you need calories and protein in your diet. If you lift weights for hours on end, you're burning all the calories, which the body will extract from the muscle first, and then from the fat, and you're also producing acid which will not do the growth process much good.

For growth, you need to perform a few sets with low reps. So try three sets. For the first set use a lighter weight and do 12 reps. Then pause for about 1 minute. For the second set do 10 reps with a heavier weight. Pause for 1 minute. For the third set do 8 reps at your heaviest weight.

Choose the weights to make sure you're really struggling to get the last few reps out from each set. Keep good, solid form, making sure you're exercising only the muscles you're aiming for.

Then, immediately after your work out you need to consume about 40g of protein, (whey protein shakes are quite good for this) and make sure you add a little sugar to it, maybe in the form of fruit (bananas are excellent.)

Don't do anything too energetic for the rest of the day. The benefit comes not through the exercise itself, but from your body's recovery from it. So eat lots of food (protein is key here) have good, healthy meals, and get lots of sleep. The muscles should take 3-4 days to recover if you've done the exercises properly, so don't exercise the same muscles again within this time frame.

But 3 months isn't that long, really. I feel you're being a little impatient. You don't become a body builder over night! After a year you should be fairly impressed with the results. So just keep at it and make sure you're eating enough food and getting enough sleep.

(And bicep curls, tricep pushdowns etc. DO work if you follow the correct routine.)

YA need to work out a little more kid :] lmao ,lift weights for hours on end not 20 of each then done .

Yes you are on the right track. Sidewise you can also use food supplements like Muscle Stack Creatine. You can get it on wholesale price at http://www.herbs-wholesale.com/MuscleSta...

Don't know if this helps but I saw this a couple of days ago. Haven't tried it so can't tell you anymore.
