How can i lose weight safely??!


Question: i'm 14 and have recently started putting on weight. i know my body's changing and everything, but it's getting noticeable now and i want to lose about 4/5 pounds by easter. can anybody give me some tips on how to lose weight by changing my diet and doing exercise. i'm very self-concious so i don't want to go out running so that everyone will see me. i basically want to tone up my legs and stomach. can anybody give me any exercises to help me tone up and lose the fat.

However, in this case, Green Tea was actually found to be more effective than Wu Long, leading to the conclusion that a mixture of Green and Wu Long tea may have the maximal health benefits we all look for.

Here are some weight-loss tips that will not change the amount you eat, but the quality:

Rather than eating sugary snacks (such as cookies, gummy fruit snacks, junk food, basically), eat fresh fruit. It's more nutritious, and you're still getting something filling.

Rather than eating potato chips, try air popped popcorn. For the amount of calories in one serving of chips (of which most people eat more than), you can eat a rather large bowl of popcorn. I like to use butter spray, since it doesn't add calories.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day. If you're not getting enough water, your body retains what you do drink, and it looks like extra weight.

Cut back on red meat, say, to only once a week. Eat more chicken, fish, etc. White meat is generally healthier and lower in calories.

If you eat much fast food, stop. Most sit-down restaurants serve about 6 servings of each food item. Don't eat everything on the plate.

These are fairly simple changes. For exercise, do simple things like taking a walk, or using the stairs. Since you're young, you shouldn't have a problem losing 5 pounds.
