How to lose weight easyly without exercise?!

Of course you'll have to exercise in order to loose weight.
but you can try to diet ;D

umm.. if youre too lazy to exercise, you're too lazy to lose weight. the two go hand in hand. sorrrry.

Get off your lazy ***, weakling.

Fast.
Then fast some more.

just eat non fatting foods...In the morning try having porridge, that absorbs fats and stuff (it's like a big mop) inside you, cleans up...have big salads with any can fish, vegetables with any lean meats, fruit salads, drink plenty of water (that really helps weight loss), make fruit smoothies with low fat milk/yogurt and take a vitamin supplement, :)

Just not eat at all! Or eat and then make yourself throw up! I heard people lose weight pretty quickly like that but their skin turns like purpley and their eye bags sag and their skin wrinkles and their bones become brittle and they lose track of their thoughts and time and they become sick and even when they want to eat, their body won't let them because all the systems and functions in the body have corrupted and left them with nothing.. BUT SKINNINESS!

So give it a try and you might just lose some weight. ;D
