1 Day Off, Will it affect me reaching my goal??!


Question: oook so its not a good day so far! I woke up with a sore throat, ear ache, full of cold & then the worst thing a girl gets every month. The Period. Its saturday & i dunno if i should go to the gym or not?? what you think?? Im trying to loose another 13pounds before febuary the 8th (2weeks) If i don't go to the gym today, will it affect me reaching my goal? will i balls it all up??

You'd be better off taking it easy today. You don't sound well.

By the way, you can put on a bit of water weight when you have your period so you may not have to lose as much as you thought.

Don't go. It will do more damage than good. Give your body time to heal up and as soon as you're better you can go and have some hardcore workouts. :P

ya take a day off. i always do when i start my period cuz i cant really move, ig et cramps so bad haha. it wont effect anything. dont worry!
