Eating a box of chocolates?!

Question: Say if you eat a box of chocolates, which is about 16 chocolates, and you don't really do much exercise after this for a couple of days. Do you get fatter a little bit or a good amount? What effect does it have? How much weight would you be gaining.

well say u eat a box of chocolates and its 1200 calories in the whole box.

if you dont eat anything else that day and stay under what your body needs to sustain energy then you wont gain weight.

but if you eat EXCESS calories to what your body needs, say your body need 1800 calories daily and you eat 2400 your going to store the excess as fat.

it doesnt matter what you eat, a calorie is a calorie and it all breaks down the same way...but a box of chocolates, however good it may be, doesn't offer the body support and nutrition..just empty calories.

any time you consume more caleries than you burn youll gain weight!

It depends on the person, but probably not much for athletic people, a lil more than a bit for normal, and non-athletes a bit. Good luck? :)

A pound is equal to 3500 calories. How many calories were in the box of chocolate? I'm guessing not 3500, so you probably didn't gain very much weight at all. Now if you do it every day, then you'll gain a lot of weight! Ha :D
