This is very possible to do!
You only need to lose 10 lbs a month, which is approximately 2 lbs a week... which is a very healthy rate to lose weight, and keep it off.
Maintain a good diet... eat lots of protein, time your carb intake, meaning eat your carbs in the morning instead of night.
You don't have to totally restrict yourself.
Workout, do a little weightlifting (no you won't get bulky!), and cardio.
As for your stomach, you can't target fat or weightloss.. but when you lose weight, that will automatically go down as well.
Add in some crunches to your workout routine.

run and eat healthy?

run fatty run!

eat less faty food eat alot of fruits and vegetable, go on a diet, exercise regularly

Vigorous exercise like running, walking, swimming, or brisk walking for 20 minutes at least 4 times a week. And stay very busy. Those who sit around their homes often, tend to eat more. Get up and out and stay active,

I have lost 62 pounds. Your body will drop weight the fastest the first couple of weeks cause its not use to the change. My first month and a half i lost 5-7 pounds a week. the weeks after i have only been loosing like 2 pounds a week witch could be 20 in 2 months go to the weight loss page i made and in the blogs it says everything i did with diet and exerscise. I dont like to brag but everyone who has done this has lost tons of weight with me and every personal trainor and nutricianst I have asked about this was amazed i came up with it on my own and says its personalized and great!
