How many calories do i need? help please.?!

i work out 45 minutes 5 days a week and do light weight training (2x per week with a work out video for about 25 minutes)

how many calories do i need to lose weight?
i eat really really healthy (lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, no white stuff, no partially hydrogenated oils)

i am a dietitian/nutritionist/person trainer. by the sounds of your height and weight you sound healthy. you do not need to loose weight. you just need to loose a small amount of body fat percentage. i recommend for your amount of weight to do the following. do not eat less that 1500 calories because eating less will make you put on more weight. if you follow a nutritional diet with no dairy and with protein, complex carbs, and other nutritional foods then you will get more results. mix your diet with some time at the gym. 5 days a week is good for burning body fat. if you wish i can write a diet and training program for you. i will do it for free as i wish to help you

You need to put on some weight jesus not loose, u must be so skinny in thats wrong, u should be healthy not skinny

Sounds like you have the makings of a very sound and fit body at this point.

Don't get all caught up in the calorie counting thing. Muscle weighs 3x more than fat per cubic inch; muscle also is a fat burning machine.

You really don't need to lose weight.

And please, please, please, please... don't pay attention to those silly BMI guides from the 1950's which say you should weigh 12 lbs for your height. Look at yourself in the mirror, let that be your guide (just as long as you aren't prone to body image issues like anorexia or bulemia, you should be fine).

You should be eating at least 1500 calories each day because of the exercising you are doing. This will allow you to lose weight in a very healthy way. Don't forget to include carbs in your diet plan because carbs gives you fuel to do all of the things you are doing.

walk (u dont like to run so just WALK)-1hour-2 hour while talking to best buds!
dance-15-20min
jump rope or hop scotch
rideing bike
skating
tag
races
swim(i now its freezing but in like the summer to keep healthy maybe)
sing outloud (burns lot of calories)
when doing nothing tap figures (burns calories too)
soccer
basketball
vollyball
anything to keep moveing =D
youll loose up to 3-5 pounds a week if you choose 5-7 things of that list!
EAT RIGHT TIME
crud nobody eats more than 1200 calories a day normaly so dont listen to others! im 12 turning 13 and (dont rat me out kay) and i way sometimes 90-87 im so close to being overweight!
and i eat less then 1100 cals a day before i tried dieting
so eat 1000 calories a day not like your gonna die
eat lot of fruit veggies crackers nuts etc
eat for dinner meat and rice
OKAY BE HAPPY DONT OVER STRESS WITH LOOSING WEIGHT!! JUST BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY! AND TIME WILL FLY AND YOULL BE SKINNY YAY! (thats a song i made up lol)
HIGH TIME FOR TEA TIME!
drink lots of water,tea,orange juice,milk (drink only the water alot lol)
TIME TO GET SOME Zz 's =D
get lots of rest like 9 hours of sleep it helps for looseing weight
NO NO SNEAKERS!
no no no! no more EATING AFTER 7:00!
BREAKFAST YUMMY!
if you dont have time for breakfast grab a fruit or waffle and walk to school or eat it on your way to the bus stop
oh and get a cup of juice or bottle on the go!
