You body burn calories naturally with the daily activities you do a day, like take a shower, walk up and down the stairs, driving, etc...

Now if you can figure out how many calories you burn naturally and eat the same amount of calories a day than you will stay the same weight, (an average woman burns about 1200 calories a day). If you want to lose weight you have to burn additional calories a day for example...

I eat 1400 calories today, I burn 1400 calories naturally, then I exercised 500 calories today, (for every 3500 calories it equals one pound), so I did this for 7 days, I would lose one pound a week. I hope I don't sound confusing.

How do you burn 900 calories, just don't over eat and do some cardio for a half an hour at least and do some low weight bearings.

If you walk 9 blocks and that ended to be about 30 minutes their and back, being average weight and height probably a little more than 200 calories walking.

no, it won't be like you never ate the food. and you don't want to try to burn 900 calories a day, you'll kill yourself.

walking 9 blocks maybe 60-100 calories.and the answer to your first question is yes but that's like impossible to burn 900 in one day!

NO, you just won't gain weight, you could burn 900 calories a day by running for 3 hours and swimming for 1 hour. but, DON'T TRY IT!

and you burn around 150 calories, you burn a lot more calories jogging.

Although its unsafe I have become an addict to working off calories. Im 125 pounds and i like to maintain this body weight/shape. Usually in the morning i will wake up and have a quick breakfast of oatmeal, then workout on a workout bike for about an hours usually i will work off anywhere from 600 - 1000 calories. Then i can enjoy a healthy supper at night. If your in for losing weight i suggest working off calories before you eat, then eat a low calorie supper, therefore you will have most likely worked off more calories then you have actully eaten. If you eat and then workoff all of the calories you have eaten your not actully working off anything and your back at ground one. You'll be in the first place you've started, also if you do this you are burning off all the energy that puts a kick into your metabolism. Thats why you should exercise before you eat, you'll burn off more calories, and later you can have the energy from eating to speed up your metabolism.

good luck:)
