Working out- Arms??!
Question: I want to gain weight and muscle fast with my arms (because we're working with breakdancing and we need arm strength). Is it better to work out with lower weight but more reps, or high weight with less reps???

Well i workout and i think you should do heavy weights but less reps. You should so maybe 7-10 reps but about 5 sets of it.

Well you can follow the exercises below, but I would keep the reps in the 8 -12 range for the best results.
