Weight???advice?!


Question: i want to lose weight by spring break
i way about 150(i deffinatly dont look like it though)
14 yrz old
i wanna have like abs but like lady abs you know??!!
so can you give me some recipes for meals
my dislikes:
tomatoes
ANY seafood
mushrooms
cabbage/sour kraut
sour cream
cream cheese(only a little on a bagel)
any weird food like crocadiles and stuff
but i like lamb(gyros)

also if you could tell me some workouts to do(i dont want to goin anything like bally and all that)
and some motivation
i wanna look like this

get a workout dvd
im a fan of natalie cassidys then and now workout.
eat no meals bigger than the size of our fist because that is how big your stomach is. If you still hungry after this, drink a pint of water. you should drink water before your meal too.
you could join a gym
personal trainers could show you some workouts that would tone you stomach.
eat no more than 1,300 calories a day and also cut your fat intake out by about a thrid.
If you do all this you will definately lose some weight.
You dont get ugly man abs without some serious training. You wont get them by accident.

If your looking for something permanent, and you want to look like the girl in the picture by spring break, forget about it.
Simply eating healthy and exercising 5-6 times a week for 60 minutes should spark weight loss. There is no miracle diet; no amazing workout systems, just plain healthy eating and exercise.
Also, you can't loose weight in just one area. Yes, you can tone one area, but if your willing to loose weight, it's going to come off everywhere. Your butt, your thighs, your tummy-which is why at first you will see no results. However there are certain exercise that target toning in one area, ask around at a local gym for tips and ideas on these specific routines.

You may want to do the following: limit your calorie intake by 500 calories each day for 1 week would make you lose at least a pound per week. Simply avoiding fried or fast foods will help a lot.
Secondly, Increase your physical activities (the best way is to do laps in the swimming pool for at least an hour). And do crunches everyday (for your abs). Hope this helps.
