You can't make them longer. But you can make them look longer. Try wearing short skirts and short shorts. The short length will make your legs look long. Heels will also have this effect if you are comfortable wearing them. I would not recommend wearing heels and a mini skirt on the same day though. Love your short legs! Short legs are cute!

The only way, barring a growth spurt, is surgery. Basically, your legs get broken and stretched a tiny bit longer on a regular basis. It's horribly painful and takes a very long time. Doctors will only do it if you have a serious medical condition that makes you short.
Your sad because you have short leggs SERIOUSLY there are people who CAN'T WALK with or without leggs. Honey come back to reality and love yourself, ecspecially your leggs and you'll be fine.
Believe me short leggs ain't what people are worried about.
