It does work because you are consuming less calories but you could also just eat healthy and not eat too many calories and make sure you work out.
But you are at a healthy weight now.
I t works slowly like everything else. I think your weight is great. Slim fast sure gets old drinking it all the time, I drank enough to float a house boat.===
That isn't enough for me unless I get the entire 6 pack, and I think that would defeat the purpose :) I found salads and fruit and veggies a way better meal, but maybe that's just me. I am not satisfied with a little can of shake.
you aren't overweight. Slimfast should be called starve quick. How could a can of drink mix be considered in any way filling??? Then you beat the crap out yourself because you are still starving! try the South Beach diet or You on a Diet books, you get to eat and change your habits
