Need abs in a month!?!

Question: ok ok ok im a 17 year old boy i am muscular but a little chubby and my friend is lean but not really muscular. my friend challenged me to a contest to see who can get better abs in a month.

I'm 5'9 and 180 lbs with 11% body fat. I can see my abs kinda but not as much as i need to if i wanna win the contest. This is the only routine i can afford to do right now with school and everything:

Sunday: Run/jog for an hour first thing in the morning before even eatin breakfast
Monday: rest
Tuesday: Run/jog for an hour after school
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: Run/jog for an hour after school
Friday: same as sunday
Saturday: same as sunday

I have abs, they just dont show because of the fat. But if i eat healthy(low carbs, high protein, low sugar, lots of water) and do this routine, can I expect to lose the fat and make the abs show? like can I expect to go down to 8% or 9% body fat by the end of the month? I'll also do some situps and crunches every mornin

thanks!

the key to abs isnt running. its doing a mass amount of sit ups and crunches. dont get me wrong running will help because youll lose body fat to see the abs better but you gotta do alot of crunches, sit ups and do a side bridge to hit your obliques. look up abdominal exercises and get going. you dont have enough time for a six pack. oh and another thing, unlike every other muscle in your body, you can work your abs every day. good luck.

Do a couple hundred situps each day and run twice every day.

That's the A-787th MP BN way...

I found that right before I go to bed at night, I do 50 curlups (still in bed), and after a few weeks, my stomach feels much stronger.

On Sunday, I advise you to eat breakfast, one high in carbs at that, before you run. The extra carbs will give you energy to run for longer, and you won't feel hungry the whole time. (I also find that eating breakfast wakes me up, I dont know if I could run first thing in the morning without it)

I HAVE NO CLUE BUT AM SAVING THIS IN MY FAVOURITES SO SOMEONE CAN TELL ME TOO!!! lol I remember reading once that britney spears had that awesome stomach from doing...wait for it......6,000 sit-ups A DAY!!!! So basically she just woke up in the mornings to do sit-ups lol. All too hard for me Im afraid but if anyone has a quick fix magical way to *insert infomercial voice here* get rock hard abs watching tv/eating icecream/sleeping in just 4 minutes a day for 6 days COUNT ME IN!!! lol

In all seriousness.....if people could achieve killer abs in less than a month dont you think everyone would be walking around with them already? Its certainly going to help that you only need to enhance the abs you already have but for good results to be clearly seen you shouldve chosen at least 3 months for your wager. Good luck with it tho and post all of us lazy people a pic of what we could have should we ever become so driven lol.

jumping rope is great just make sure you do it properly on a wooden floor or on an impact mat to protect your joints.
