Don't you think this is way too much for a lightly active 13 year old girl?!


Question: -Bowl of bran flakes with skim milk
-2 bread slices with a tbspoon of nutella spread AND a sesame seeded bread roll
-2 cups of pasta with a bit of butter and a light wedge of swiss cheese
-2 scoops of haagen dazs ice-cream and a square of white chocolate
-An original twister and regular fries from kfc

If that 13 year old girl just walks a bit throughout the day and rope jumps 200 jumps,don't you think that's too much??

it honestly depends on your metabolism, whether or not your still growing.. a lot of things. but no it doesn't look like you're eating too much, if anything i'd say not enough. as long as you're eating all different food groups you should be fine. aim for healthy, not super skinny. too many young girls these days are worried about being skinny.

She's still a growing kid She should lay off the sweets as much as she eats them & exercise less! She doesnt want to become a food & exercise addict!
